Comprehensive Remodel and Reconfiguration

It was easy to incorporate the clients traditional sensibilities into this lovely 1908 Edwardian duplex in the Lake Street area of San Francisco. The project consisted of a complete remodel of a split level Victorian flat. The addition of a formal interior stair unified the first and second floors, allowing for a seamless transition from the updated kitchen living area and bedrooms to a cozy music studio and family room with direct access to the west-facing back yard. Custom cabinetry, hand-selected fixtures, and historic craftsman detailing throughout transform this residence into a bright and sumptuous home for a growing family.
