San Miguel Child Development Center

Modernizing this 1952 three story concrete cantilevered building designed by the accomplished architect Mario Ciampi was a pleasure. We performed comprehensive voluntary longitudinal structural enhancements, accessibility and fire and life safety and aesthetic upgrades including new elevator tower and windows throughout this 39,319 sf building.

Additional highlighted school modernization work includes the Paul Revere School ($14 Million), International Studies Academy High School ($8 million), Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School ($7.5 million), Miraloma Elementary School ($7.4 million) and Jefferson Elementary ($4.6 million)
